Good agreements make good friends. In a globalized and complex society, sound preparation is of vital importance.
We have drafted and negotiated a wide variety of contracts and have been offering business advice and counseling to individual and corporate clients for more than twenty-five years, including on such diverse matters as sale-, agency and distribution contracts, lease and rental contracts, intellectual property rights, employment hiring and firing, transport and insurance issues. Our individual clients are either private persons or run many different types of businesses. Our corporate clients range from start-ups to publicly traded companies.
Business conflicts can cause real risk to a company and force executives to spend valuable time on litigation, rather than focusing on running the business. Personal conflicts of any nature are often a source of daily worry for individual clients. Let’s be honest: litigation may be costly and time consuming as courts and tribunals often face a backlog. Therefore, we will work very closely with our clients to develop a negotiation and/or litigation strategy that puts the client’s needs first.
